Three spas managed by Greek hotels won coveted accolades at the 2024 World Spa Awards honored for their exceptional wellness services.
In their 10 edition, the World Spa Awards serve to celebrate and reward excellence in spa and wellness tourism through an annual awards program. It aims to inspire exceptional standards and connect spa consumers with the best in spa and wellness tourism. The initiative is the sister event of the World Travel Awards, currently celebrating its 31st anniversary.
Standout newcomers include the SHA Mexico, located amid the lush greenery of Rivera Maya, which sealed victory as “World’s Best New Wellness Retreat”. The calming Guerlain Spa at Raffles London at The OWO was awarded “World’s Best New Hotel Spa 2024” and the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino in Greece clinched “World’s Best New Resort Spa”.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino
Mandarin Oriental’s spa at Costa Navarino in Navarino Bay in Messinia was acknowledged as the World’s Best New Resort Spa 2024, while it was named the Best Resort Spa in Europe and Greece.
The spa’s wellness offerings combine ancient Greek holistic traditions with contemporary therapies, creating a harmonious journey to relaxation. Guests will also enjoy fitness programs, and serene experiences, all designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

For the second year running, Euphoria Retreat was identified as Greece’s Best Wellness Retreat 2024 placing special care to take guests on a holistic relaxation journey.

The Spa at Amanzoe
Retaining its title, the Spa at Amanzoe Hotel at Porto Heli, Peloponnese, was once again voted as Greece’s Best Hotel Spa 2024.
Inspired by the holistic healings of Hippocrates, Amanzoe’s 2,850-square-meter Greek spa combines contemporary natural products and therapies with exercise, diet, gymnastics, massage, and sea bathing. A wide range of scientifically validated movement modalities are employed to treat the patient as a cohesive, integrated whole, and only natural items are used.
