World Spa Awards to unveil 2020 winners on 28th October

World Spa Awards – the global initiative to recognize and reward excellence in the spa and wellness sector – will officially announce the winners of its 2020 programme on 28^th October.

Nominees cover the entire spectrum of the spa and wellness industry, ranging from hotel spas, detox programmes and aromatherapy brands to wellness apps, spa destinations and wellness retreats.

This year’s traditional World Spa Awards Gala Ceremony has been postponed to 2021 due to the current travel restrictions and event regulations. Instead, World Spa Awards will embrace this year’s winners through a digital celebration, encouraging winners to celebrate their achievements across social media.

Winners to be announced on 28^th October will include Best Hotel Spa, Best Destination Spa, Best Spa Design, Best Cruise Spa, Best Detox Programme, Best Eco Spa and Best Medical Spa.

Launched in 2015, World Spa Awards aims to drive up standards in spa and wellness tourism and foster growth by rewarding the leading organisations in their respective fields. Votes are cast by professionals working within the spa and wellness industry and by the public (spa tourism consumers).
