The Glass House Retreat is the first UK purpose built retreat on 6 acres of Essex Countryside. A family run business, with our customers at the heart of everything we do, we opened our doors in 2019. After multiple COVID closures, we have doubled our staff numbers and focused on Mental health and Wellbeing. We continue to grow, develop and expand our offering, facilities and treatments to ensure our guests leave achieving their goals and with the tools to continue once they leave.
